Artburst has designed a series
of exciting, creative and educational workshops for under 5’s with
their parents or without. Artburst workshops integrate elements of drama,
movement, music and art.
All workshops are ideal for Sure Start programs and Nursery Schools.
Aims & Objectives:
- To encourage confidence and self empowerment through creativity for both parent and child
- To encourage both parent and child to let down creative barriers and get messy in a relaxed setting
- To build bridges between diverse communities and develop social skills for early years
- To encourage and develop family learning
- To encourage early speech and communication through observation and understanding of each workshop theme
- To improve coordination and physical awareness for early years
- To introduce pre school children to structured sessions
